What is it like to have a story you've written made into a Hollywood feature? What are the steps in the process an author goes through in seeing the movie made? Are they consulted by the producers or director? Is their work respected? What is their relationship to the screenwriters who will be hired to turn their story into a script. Does it increase their book sales, even if the movie bears little resemblance to the story they wrote? Is it an experience they'd care to repeat and, if so, what would they do differently the next time.
